After placing an order with us you will receive an email from
DirectEntertainmentCenters.com confirming that your order is in stock, when should you expect the order to arrive, and how to track the status of the order. Most of our customers pay by credit card and we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover through our secure server. You can also pay by check. Just select a payment method and we will get your order ready, but it will only ship after the check clears. Since it takes a couple of days to get your order ready to ship, you will not experience a delay if you pay with a check.
All items in our store include Free Standard Delivery and No Sales Tax in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Sales Tax (9.25%) applies in CA, but in some cases we can pay your CA Sales Tax to provide better service for the local customers. Delivery address must be accessible to semi-trailer truck for non-UPS size shipments. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and international customers are welcome to contact us for a freight quotation. We have one of the shortest delivery times in the industry. Most items are in stock (in our warehouse) and will be shipped within 4 - 7 business days of purchase. Delivery takes another 3 - 10 business days. We use UPS for smaller items, and Freight Carriers for larger ones. If the shipping time takes longer than this, you will be contacted by our customer service department with other options. We provide with tracking number after the items are shipped.
Delivery Options UPS Shipment Your order will be shipped via the most appropriate method based on the weight and size of your furniture. If possible, according to UPS weight/size limits, your order will ship via UPS. In this case your items are identified as "UPS Shipment". Packages that exceed UPS weight and size limits are identified as "Truck Shipment" and will be shipped via Motor Freight Company.
1. Standard Bronze Curbside Delivery - Free
Bronze Service includes 1-person delivery to curbside or doorstep. If any piece weighs more than
300 lbs. or pieces are greater than four, shipment will only be available for
delivery to the First Dry Area or Garage. Shipper's palletized or crated
merchandise will be delivered to the First Dry Area or Garage only. Delivery
time: 7 - 15 business days, but depends on your location.
Definition of service levels:
Delivery date scheduled with customer. (Mon thru Sat depending on the area)
Shipment Tracking number is provided for customer's convenience.
Four hour delivery window given the day before delivery.
Customers are not required to help with delivery.

2. White Glove Gold Inside Delivery - $105
Gold Service includes inside placement room of choice, two flights of stairs,
unpacking, debris removal, and setup limited to 15 minutes (and no usage of
tools). Set up services that exceed fifteen (15) minutes will be charged at a
rate of $22.00 per quarter hour or fraction thereof. Set up services do not
include any electrical, plumbing or component hookups. Delivery time: 7 - 15
business days, depending on your location.
Definition of service levels:
Delivery date scheduled with customer. (Mon thru Sat depending on the area)
Shipment Tracking number is provided for customer's convenience.
Four hour delivery window given the day before delivery.
Deliver and unpack, all trash and debris removal.
Room specific delivery, providing it will fit with the room.
Setup products limited to 15 minutes. (Combined)
Up/down two flight of stairs.
Customers are not required to help with delivery.
Delivery time: 7 - 15 business days, depending on your location.
3. White Glove Platinum Premium Delivery - $225
Platinum Service includes inside placement room of choice, two flights of
stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and light assembly limited to 30 minutes.
Assembly services that exceed thirty (30) minutes will be charged at a rate of
$22.00 per quarter hour or fraction thereof. Assembly services do not include
any electrical, plumbing or component hookups. Delivery time: 7 - 15 business
days, depending on your location.
Definition of service levels:
Delivery date scheduled with customer. (Mon thru Sat depending on the area)
Shipment Tracking number is provided for customer's convenience.
Four hour delivery window given the day before delivery.
Inspected for visible carton damage upon receipt.
Room specific delivery, providing it will fit with the room.
Light assembly of each product limited to 30 minutes. (Combined)
Up/down two flight of stairs.
Customer not required to help.

Most orders will be shipped via common carrier and delivered by a trucking company contracted by
DirectEntertainmentCenters.com. Common carrier deliveries are only performed Monday thru
Saturday. The shipping company who is obligated to fulfill delivery of your order will contact you by phone prior to delivery to establish an approximate time for you to receive your delivery. We ship only in the Contiguous United States (48 states). Please note that, like any retailer or distributor shipping nationwide,
DirectEntertainmentCenters.com ships via national and regional parcel, freight and moving companies. Although we use the largest and most well-known carriers, we are not responsible for delays in transit, freight company employee conduct, missed delivery appointments or damages to the customer's premises.
DirectEntertainmentCenters.com will not accept returns or
cancelations due to delays in delivery by transportation companies.
Damages Policy - Inspecting your Delivery
DirectEntertainmentCenters.com takes all necessary measures to prevent any damages to products you order. Our excellent packaging and shipping experience significantly reduces the chances of damage. However, when your order arrives, please take the time to ensure the paperwork is accurate and that the correct item and number of cartons have been delivered. Inspect the packaging(shipment) and the package contents for any shipping damage. A
Bill of Lading will be signed by the customer to acknowledge receipt and
acceptance of ordered items in good condition. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly check over and visually inspect the merchandise before signing this paperwork. Any damage must be noted on the bill of lading and DirectEntertainmentCenters.com must be contacted within 72 hours of the delivery time to receive replacement items.
DirectEntertainmentCenters.com will not be responsible and will not accept any non-noted on Bill of Lading claims.
Very Important: Customer must inspect the shipment for damages or defects by
opening the cartons and if there is a damage or defect customer must refuse the
shipment by not signing the paperwork, else
DirectEntertainmentCenters.com will no longer be responsible to remedy your
claim of damaged shipment. Note: If the customer signs for the shipment
that is damaged, defective or has a damaged or defective piece inside, (means
the customer has accepted the order(shipment) and the delivery is complete).
Freight carrier is no longer responsible for the item(shipment) that is signed
for therefore accepted, hence there is nothing
DirectEntertainmentCenters.com can do to remedy the situation, as there is
no way for us to file a claim with a freight carrier without having the
package(shipment) refused and noted on the Bill of Lading(paperwork), hence no
refund will be given nor a replacement will be shipped. Remember: If the
carton(package, shipment) is severely damaged or upon opening your
package(shipment) for inspection customer finds a damaged or defective piece
inside, please refuse the shipment from the freight company without signing any
paperwork. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be delivered. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will result in additional charges for the non-returned item.
Order Cancelation
Order can be canceled within 24h of purchase prior to processing and are subject
to 10% cancelation fee.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund in addition to restocking fees of 25% that apply. Remember, Actual freight may be much higher than the freight we charge you on the website. Please note: This policy is standard for all our customers and for all the items we sell on our website.
Return Policy
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, please be careful when ordering your entertainment furniture and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your situation: style, dimensions, color, quality, etc. In some cases, we can provide Color Samples. In addition, we do our best to accurately show the finish colors of each piece we carry. However, colors can vary by personal perceptions, monitor type and age, video card differences and printing variations.
DirectEntertainmentCenters.com will not accept any claims regarding wrong color, style or quality. If you are not satisfied with the color or it does not fit as well as you hoped in your space, match your décor, you won’t be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want. You can return it within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be authorized by us prior to shipping them back to us. Please e-mail us prior to shipping and we will provide return shipping instructions. Returning items must be shipped to us within 30 days of receipt. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled it is no longer considered as returnable. The cost of the actual freight charges (both ways) is not refundable and will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
Remember, actual freight may be much higher than the freight we charge you on the website. 25% restocking fee applies on all returned items. Refunds will be processed once products are returned to our distribution center. This policy is standard for all of the customers for all
furniture items we sell on our website.
Jewelry Return Policy
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, please be
careful when ordering your jewelry items and let us know if we can be of
assistance in selecting the right jewelry for you. You can return jewelry
products within 10 days of receipt. All returns must be authorized by us prior
to shipping them back to us. Please e-mail us prior to shipping and we will
provide return shipping instructions. Returning items must be shipped to us
within 10 days of receipt. Returns are only accepted in their original packaging
and buyers pay for return shipping. Your order may be canceled within 24h of
purchase prior to processing and are subject to 10% cancelation fee. Note: 35% restocking fee applies on all
jewelry return items. Refunds will be processed once products are returned to our distribution center. This policy is standard for all of the customers for all

Warranty Information
We offer a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on all merchandise we sell. Warranties are not valid if merchandise has been moved from original delivery address.
